Hi Larry,

The latest was the gathering organised by Tan Kin Lian last Saturday at Hong Lim Park.

Other than the individual settlements, nothing much is happening on the local scene.

More significant events have occurred in Hong Kong, where the financial institutions have been ordered to do a mandatory buyback of the Minibond from all their customers.

I had only lodged a misselling complaint to the banks (where I bought mini bonds from) 4 weeks ago. They called me and said that they have reached a decision on my case and invited me to go down to discuss it. They also asked me to bring my CDP statement to proof I have minibonds in my holdings. Is this good news does this mean that I will be given some form of compensation. I mean they won’t ask me to come down just to tell me my claim has been rejected right.
